Hi all,
Up until a month or two ago, I was able to do a clean down convert from HD25 to PAL (ProRes HQ) without issues. But now the conversions are introducing small green pixels at the bottom right of the frame. They are intermittent and sometimes can fill the whole right hand side.
Has anyone else experienced this? Has something changed within ProRes?

Are these dots visible after the compression?
What are the properties of the source clips? Also not sure what you mean by down convert – from HD to SD?
Have you tested any clips that previously were processed without problems?

Yes they are visible only after the compression. The source is clean. The source clips are ProRes HQ HD 1920x1080.
I have done tests on previous material and they too have the green dot/line issue.
I am trying to achieve a clean down convert from 1920x1080 50i to PAL.
I love Compressor for it's features and value for money but these random issues worry me! ANy ideas what could cause the green ?
